The accommodation
MORPHEAS is located on the sea front in the center of Plakias, one of the few select family resorts on the southern coast of the lovely island of Crete, Greece. The supermarket Plakias, only a few meters from your door,
has a wide range of grocery items for your daily shopping needs. It is owned by the same family and well known to everyone in Plakias.
Plakias
with its romantic little harbour is only 30km away from Rethymnon, capital
of the prefecture of Rethymnon. Plakias is the seat of the Finikas municipality.
Distances
to the airports of Chania and Heraklion are about 90 and 110 km.

From Plakias
you can take numerous excursions such as to the famous Preveli monastery and other
cultural important places and to smaller beaches in the area. Everything is within walking distance. All kinds of water sports are offered to the tourist at neighboring beaches.
